The children of this generation have had it the best. They have the best of medical care, dental care, basic education, higher education, and extra-curricular activities (music, sports, etc.). Many have never known lack, hunger, sickness, or poverty the way past generations have known it. They have been free from wars (in the US) and all the things war entails (trauma, pain, loss, destruction, fear, and death). Most have grown up with easy access to information via the internet, entertainment, music, video games, drugs (medical and recreational), the best and worst foods, and unlimited access to free content from social media, youtube, tiktok, and other media outlets.

If people were made aware of what their children will do after they grow up with all the above and the overprescribing of ADHD and anti-depressants, they would see the destructive path of behaviors and the stolen lives of our little children of God. The fruit of these worldly evils are easy to see: divorce, adultery, pornography, addictions, bondage to sin, eventually leading to early physical and possible eternal death.

Knowledge of Good and Evil
Though they have had bibles surrounding them, our generations have never had a need for its knowledge or wisdom and for many, God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit have only been mythical folklore when compared to technology, super hero worship, and the myriad of distractions on every black screen we use.
Because of our acceptance of worldliness, we now have adults and children who reject godliness and fully accept evil in all its forms. They reject God’s wisdom for the wisdom of the world and accept social values that come from the place of control, intimidation, and domination. It’s a generation of rebellion and witchcraft and its causing many children to fall into the devil’s snares leading to destruction ending in death.
It’s called TikTok because it’s a devil and like a devil it comes to steal our time, kill our motivation, and destroy our ability to change situations in our life God is calling us to change.

In many cases, we are raising white-washed tombs; beautiful children with high intelligence, perfect teeth, perfect skin, perfect hair, healthy bodies, but void of character, self-control, or love or concern for others. These children in turn, raise children and educate others in the same worldly selfish ways, seeking convenience and pleasure instead of righteousness and avoiding God’s truth in hope for false hyper-grace. Unfortunately, some of these children become church and business leaders without knowing the full truth.

There is hope!
We know that we are in the world for such a time as this (Esther 4:14). That we are here for a purpose and were created to help, serve, love, and provide guidance to the ones who are without the truth. The bible says we are to feed the poor, meaning not just the poor in money, but the poor in spirit. A person poor in spirit is a person who is without the truth, holiness, and the knowledge of God’s goodness and what He expects of His children. With God’s truth of Jesus Christ, people are fed. With education of the Bible and the truth it contains, people are saved, they are brought to salvation, and they are brought to a better life now. How do I know all these things?
Because it happened to me.
I was once lost too. While in early life, I accepted Jesus as God, over time, I became lost because I never had anyone lead me to the full truth of this world, this life and potential for evil in it. I didn’t understand the bible and had no one to teach me the deeper meanings and quite frankly, I thought it was optional. I wasn’t warned by the world of sin and its many forms. I only knew that if it felt good – do it. If I wanted it, pursue it. If it made be feel better to continue doing it. That led to a challenging life that I am thankful the good Lord finally put an end to. That’s right, I had to die.
It isn’t until we put to death our old ways, thoughts, patterns and habits that we have learned, that we can truly pick up our cross and learn to serve, love, and help others to do the same. It isn’t until we have learned the ways of the Lord and the many people who lived before us in the Bible, that we can then understand the truth of this life, this world, the spiritual matters that pertain to us all and how we are to live in it. Without God, we live and worship ourselves, our thoughts, our ways, our learned behaviors, and our pleasures. All these things do not lead to life, they lead to death and will never satisfy us the way God does.
YOLO
We all need to take this amazing opportunity of a lifetime seriously. This isn’t time to have a mindset of YOLO (you only live once) to “do what thou wilt“, but to take this as an opportunity to learn, grow, and mature in the world in the way that is pleasing to the Lord. He is our creator, and He knew us and loved us before we were born. What God has laid out for us is a plan of an eternal life. This is our time to become mature and as we do, to help others mature too. Mature how? Mature in the knowledge, understandings, and wisdom of God. We are here to learn how to love Him and love others as we love ourselves. The sad truth is that many of us do not presently love ourselves. When we can’t love ourselves, it’s because we are missing out of the relationship with God and the finished words of Jesus as our savior.
For if you live according to the flesh, you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the misdeeds of the body, you will live.
Romans 8:13
We all must take this wonderful opportunity of life to mature and to grow in these things. When we do, we will quickly see that this is what everyone needs. We all need to see the truth of what God did for us and start to grow and prosper in His ways. We also need to help the poor and the lost to do the same. It starts with us first, then our family, then our neighbors and community, then the region, then the nation, and then the entire world and every creature in it.
Hard Truth Leading to Strength
Sometimes truth is hard, as hard as a rock. The Bible tells us that Jesus is the rock that became the cornerstone to build His church. Jesus spoke the truth everywhere He went, no matter if it offended those who heard it. He spoke it in love, because it is loving to tell people the truth. Now, I’m not talking about truth that a person’s dress is too tight or perhaps someone had a few too many brownies over the past season (me), but the truth that when we speak the truth in love, whether it be for correction of sin, or sharing of God’s wisdom and knowledge to another in prayerful hope they can hear the truth and turn to God for help and perhaps, even salvation. The truth doesn’t have to be hard when we mature and learn how to take correction, it won’t be. I believe the truth is only hard to those who are still living according to the flesh and not the spirit. When we see the truth for what it is and do not take offense at who said it or be emotionally charged to anger or bitterness from it, we won’t be harmed by truth, but instead, strengthened and empowered by it. We must recognize that truth is love when delivered in God’s perfect timing and spoken from a pure heart. If we are unable to be corrected by another member in the body of Christ, than how will be able to take correction when God speaks to us when we don’t have discernment?
Spiritual discernment is the spiritual gift of the ability to see, hear, taste, smell, and feel things in the spirit that are outside the common understanding of our physical world. We must have our eyes opened to see the truth and for the spirit of truth, who bears witness of Jesus Christ, to reveal to us the lies, the evil, and the schemes of the evil one that leads God’s people to destruction. Once we see, we cannot close our eyes and look away from the path ahead or worse, look back to the evil that God wants us to leave behind. We are to be new creations. Once dead in our sins, but now raised to life with Jesus and continuing the good works He did.
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.

I pray for the Lord to open your senses with spiritual discernment now so you can see truths in your life that may have been lies. I also pray that you are able to see this message in a way that you too can use to share it with others to awaken them to the problems with evil in this world and for God to answer your prayers with how to stop it. When we listen to others in love and listen to God in His many ways of speaking to us, we will also have new found freedom. Freedom for you, your family, your friends and neighbors, and for all who choose to live this life with God and love one another as He loved us.
